Solution Approach
- Data Aggregation Strategy: We began by identifying the most essential data points across all platforms (Google Analytics, Amazon Statistics, CreatorIQ) and designed a script capable of automating the collection of these metrics. This script was optimized to ensure efficient data retrieval without overloading any platforms.
- Building a Centralized System: We developed a control panel where the aggregated data from various sources could be accessed in one place. This interface allowed the client to: view all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic surges driven by influencers; add new stores or e-commerce accounts as needed; schedule automatic updates for fresh data collection at specific intervals.
